Rocky Ford Family Health Center, LLC provides skilled, compassionate care by providers who have over 50 years of combined health and behavioral care experience. We see patients of all ages for preventative, acute, and chronic illnesses and injuries related to mind, body and spirit.

Patient Philosophy

Clinic Owner, Doug Miller, continues to improve patient care by keeping an open mind and the desire for innovative clinic management. This includes:

Emergencies and After Hours

 

Our health care providers are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need assistance after clinic hours, call the clinic (719) 254-7421 to receive recorded instructions on how to contact the on-call provider. In the event of an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
